The whole house is spread over one level. The centre is a lovely open-plan living room/kitchen/dining room with floor to ceiling windows on both sides, providing space and flow. These sliding windows open towards the pool and garden and a courtyard with lounge area on the other side. They also fill the interior spaces with light.
The bedrooms are divided between two areas: one at each side of the house. This zoning is perfect for families. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and some have their own terraces. The bedrooms are softened with the use of natural wood and linen soft furnishings in calming colours.
The property has been designed with socialising and coming together at mealtimes in mind. The open plan living spaces flow into each other so you won’t feel alone when preparing food. But there’s still enough space to hide away to for some quiet time if needed.
Inside, the kitchen is joined with the dining room which leads onto the living room around the corner with TV and fireplace. The windows in this living area open onto the covered terrace. Steps (or the ramp) lead down to the pool area equipped with sun loungers. The surrounding lawn is ideal for playtime with smaller kids.
The villa offers 2 dining areas both seating 14 guests comfortably: dining room and outdoor dining on the shady terrace next to the BBQ kitchen. The inside kitchen features pretty oak and matt black surfaces and is equipped with 2 dishwashers, an induction cooker, 2 ovens, steamer and 3 fridge/freezers (2 in the kitchen and 1 in the pantry). Besides these Bosch appliances, there is a Nespresso machine.
Outside, there are plenty of places to soak up the sun or relax in the shade as well as refreshing or exercising in the pool. It sits on a 2500 sq. m plot so there’s plenty of room for outside playtime or rest.
All bedrooms feature A/C, underfloor heating, large wardrobes, blackout curtains, TVs and cosy design touches like linen throws, pillows and rugs. The beds are 180x210cm super king size. The master bedroom 1 offers access to the garden and pool area. There’s a pretty view from the bed across to the pool. The fabulous high-end en-suite bathroom features a bath and shower, double sink and Likami toiletries.
Bedroom 2 with wide floor to ceiling window to the garden and pool has an en-suite bathroom with double sink and shower. Bedroom 3 with doors leading to the garden offers en-suite bathroom with bath, sink and shower. Bedroom 4 is placed to the side of the house and has two long tilt and open windows and en-suite with single sink and shower.
Bedroom 5 located to the front of the house has a beamed ceiling, doors leading onto a patio area with two sun loungers and en-suite bathroom with single sink and shower. Bedroom 6 next to the master bedroom has access to the front patio with two sunbeds and en-suite bathroom with single sink and shower too. Bedroom 7 is wheelchair accessible, opens to a sun-seat in its patio and offers en-suite bathroom with double sink and shower.

The villa is located in El Paraiso, overlooking the amazing hills and mountains that reach towards Estepona, and views that extend to Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. This is a prestigious leafy residential area of Estepona, though in reality you are closer to the chic beachside town of San Pedro with its brand-new family friendly boulevard and fantastic restaurants.
There are also some local restaurants just a five-minute walk from the villa, ideal choice for those evenings when you feel like staying closer to home. The surrounding lanes are home to exclusive mansions and chic apartments. Situated a short way past Puerto Banus and San Pedro, this prestigious leafy suburb offers an extraordinary standard of villa accommodation and is just a short drive from the buzz of the main resorts of the Costa del Sol.
If you fancy a walk, there are a couple of restaurants just a few minutes’ walking distance up the road, and the nearest commercial centre with more restaurants and a supermarket is about 1km away, which takes about 12 minutes. The nearest beach is 2km away or about a 20-minute walk over the footbridge, but there are also many amazing options within a 10-minute drive from the villa in either direction.
Further along the main road is the charming resort of Estepona, or you can visit inland Benahavis, famous for its variety of restaurants and chef training schools for the Costa del Sol, definitely worth exploring for an evening meal out.
